Dave Mueller - CEO

Dave joined RICO in 1986 while attending Kent State University. He departed Kent State at the end of his third year to meet the demands of the business. Since joining the company he has served in various rolls including, Parts Manger, Purchasing Manager, General Manager and Vice President. He was appointed President in 1998. Dave currently oversees RICO's 3 facilities and over 100 employees. He has served on the ASME B56.1 committee since 1999.

Steve Shuck - President

Steve joined the RICO team in 1991 as a Production Assembler. Since that time he has advanced through the ranks holding such positions as Inspector, Plant Manager, and General Manager. Steve was promoted in 2009 to Vice President of Operations and became Chief Operations Officer in 2010. His most recent promotion is an important milestone for both Steve and the company.  Steve Shuck will be the first non-family member to hold the President position at Rico.

Kent Stelmasczuk - CFO

Kent joined RICO in May of 2010 as the Controller and was promoted to the rank of CFO in January of 2011. Kent has held positions of Accountant, Financial Support Manager, Sr. Financial Analyst and Business Analyst. His experience and affiliation with machining, tooling and material handling companies make him a great addition to the RICO team.

Sandy Mueller - Corporate Secretary

Sandy joined RICO in 1986 while attending Kent State University. She departed Kent State at the end of her third year to meet the demands of the business. She has served in various management positions including Human Resource Manager and Director of Corporate Finance.
